Job summary

Fresha in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business on the Fresha platform. You will report to the Malaysian Business Development Team Lead and work to bring in new customers across the market.

You will build a robust pipeline through in-person visits, calls, emails and social outreach, own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer journey that accelerates Fresha’s growth in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to prospect, initiate conversations and create opportunities beyond inbound leads.
• Solid commercial judgement and ability to map customer needs to Fresha solutions.
• Proactive, resilient and coachable approach; thrives in a target-led environment.
• Motivation and ambition to build a career in Sales/Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by achieving sales targets and onboarding new clients to Fresha.
• Build and manage a pipeline through in-person visits, calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting through discovery, product demos, negotiation and close.
• Understand prospect business needs and demonstrate Fresha solutions to meet objectives.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, respond to qualified opportunities, and record activity in CRM.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth onboarding for new customers.
