Responsibilities

Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Assist customers with menu, product and payment enquiries.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Ensure smooth customer flow at the cashier counter.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the cashier area.
Promote relevant products, promotions and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with kitchen and operation teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately.
Ensure cash handling and POS transactions are accurate.
Monitor customer satisfaction and report service issues to the supervisor.
Follow company SOP, food safety and customer service standards.
