Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. seeks a driven F&B professional to oversee daily operations, food prep, and guest service across outlets. You will lead a small team, ensure SOP compliance, and collaborate with management to maintain quality and safety.

Based in KL with travel to other outlets, you should have a Diploma and at least 1 year in F&B, plus strong English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Training provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field and/or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong background in F&B; role requires leadership skills, independence and a pleasant personality.
• Mature, professional with good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation are carried out according to company SOP.
• Provide good quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and conducive kitchen and dining areas; ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management; monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Travel between outlets as scheduled; cover local and outstation locations; based in KL outlet.

• To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.
• Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.
• Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.
• Collaborate with the management and AEON management.
• Keeps work area clean and organize.
• Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.
• Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.
• Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).
• Assist food safety audit and halal department.
• Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work according to shift.-Arrange schedule.
• Must always travel outlet to outlet based on schedule.
• Cover local & outstation outlet.
• Will based in KL outlet.
• T'ravel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management
• Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong background in F&B line-A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
• Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way
• Good attitude with detail
• oriented and serious person
• Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Possess own transport for work-Able to work in long hours & travel within states
• Able to get incentive if achieve good performance
