Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive F&B supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, and maintain safe, clean outlets. You will lead a team, enforce SOPs, and travel between KL outlets as required, while coordinating with management to meet KPIs.

The role requires a Diploma with leadership and multilingual communication skills. Strong work ethic and the ability to handle shift work are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong background in F&B line, able to lead a team and work independently
• Good attitude with detail, able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Ensure day to day operations and food preparation follow company SOP
• Provide good quality service to customers
• Maintain clean, safe and comfortable kitchen and dining areas
• Collaborate with management and AEON management
• Manage staff productivity and performance
• Attend to customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction
• Arrange shift schedules and travel to outlets as required
• Cover local and outstation outlets when needed

• To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.
• Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.
• Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.
• Collaborate with the management and AEON management.
• Keeps work area clean and organize.
• Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.
• Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.
• Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).
• Assist food safety audit and halal department.
• Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work according to shift.-Arrange schedule.
• Must always travel outlet to outlet based on schedule.
• Cover local & outstation outlet.
• Will based in KL outlet.
• T'ravel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management
• Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong background in F&B line-A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
• Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way
• Good attitude with detail
• oriented and serious person
• Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Possess own transport for work-Able to work in long hours & travel within states
• Able to get incentive if achieve good performance
