Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Cashier-Customer Service Experience Representative for D'Laksa at Aeon Queensbay Mall in Penang. You will process orders, take payments and greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

You will assist with menu queries, coordinate with kitchen, handle complaints, and promote promotions. The role requires a Diploma or 1 year in F&B, and you must be able to work long hours and travel within states.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field or at least 1 year of relevant F&B experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional manners.
• Ability to handle payments accurately and manage POS.
• Maturity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist with menu, product and payment inquiries.
• Handle complaints professionally and monitor satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth cashier flow and maintain cleanliness.
• Promote products and upsell promotions.
