SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Cashier-Customer Service Experience Representative for D'Laksa at Aeon Queensbay Mall in Penang. You will process orders, take payments and greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

You will assist with menu queries, coordinate with kitchen, handle complaints, and promote promotions. The role requires a Diploma or 1 year in F&B, and you must be able to work long hours and travel within states.

Formación

• Diploma in any field or at least 1 year of relevant F&B experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional manners.
• Ability to handle payments accurately and manage POS.
• Maturity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and payments accurately.

JD:

• Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with menu, product and payment enquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Ensure smooth customer flow at the cashier counter.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the cashier area.
• Promote relevant products, promotions and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operation teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately.
• Ensure cash handling and POS transactions are accurate.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report service issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company SOP, food safety and customer service standards.

Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong background in F&B line
• A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
• Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way
• Good attitude with detail-oriented and serious person
• Possess own transport for work
• Able to work in long hours & travel within states
• Able to get incentive if achieve good performance
