Job summary

Mingle Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for night shifts in Kuala Lumpur. You will own the shift, lead the floor and beverage teams, ensuring guest satisfaction while managing cash, stock, and handovers.

We offer structured shift-management training and a clear path to higher F&B roles. You will supervise a multicultural team across cafés and bars within our growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in café/restaurant/bar.
• Experience leading a small, multicultural team.
• Proficient in POS, cash reconciliation, inventory and rostering.
• Food Handling (Supervisory) certification or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to undergo medical screening and typhoid vaccination.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays and after-midnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the outlet shift and lead the team.
• Manage floor, bar and coffee service to keep guests satisfied.
• Oversee cash handling, POS and shift handovers.
• Control stock levels and minimise wastage.

Restaurant Supervisor (Night shift allowance)

Mingle Group is hiring an F&B Outlet Supervisor for our cafés and bars. You'll run the shift, lead the floor, barista and bartender team, and make sure guests, cash, stock and handovers are handled properly.

This is a full-time, permanent role for an experienced café, restaurant or bar team member ready to take on greater responsibility.

What you'll lead

Step up from Senior Crew or an experienced café, restaurant or bar role into a position where you can run the shift and grow as a people leader.

Start each shift with a clear team briefing and station plan.

Keep floor, bar and coffee service smooth and guest-focused.

Step in wherever the team needs support.

Own POS, cash reconciliation and shift handover accuracy.

Manage stock, reduce wastage and flag shortages early.

Keep the roster covered and address lateness or absence fairly.

Coach the team on service, craft and food hygiene.

Set the standard when service is busy.

Midnight shift: lead night safety, support safe travel home and complete a clean handover.

You'll be a strong fit if you have

2-3 years' experience in a café, restaurant or bar.

Experience leading or guiding a small, multicultural team.

Practical knowledge of POS, cash reconciliation, inventory and rostering.

Food Handling (Supervisory) certification, or willingness to obtain it.

Willingness to complete the required medical screening and typhoid vaccination.

Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Availability for after-midnight shifts for the midnight supervisor role.

Legal eligibility to work in Malaysia.
