Job summary

International School Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead service staff and oversee outlet operations. You will manage reservations, greet guests, present menus and wine lists, and ensure high standards of service across shifts.

The role requires 2-3 years in F&B, strong English and Bahasa, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset. Airline/Hotel/Restaurant experience is a plus, with a focus on budgeting, stock control, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience.
• Higher Secondary School/SPM/STPM with experience in F&B operations.
• Preferably from Airline Industry, F&B, Restaurant Service, Hotel or equivalent.
• Good command of English & Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B service staff and oversee outlet operations.
• Execute outlet operations including promotions, customer service and inventories.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness and policy compliance of the outlet.
• Assist in forecasting, budget management and cost control.
• Supervise floor during meal periods to ensure service standards are met.
• Greet guests, take reservations, seat guests and present menus and wine lists.
• Communicate clearly with staff and guests; handle complaints effectively.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures and shift reports.
