Job summary

Talent Recruit in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service workflows. You will supervise opening/closing procedures, lead and train staff, and manage staffing and inventory while focusing on guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in F&B supervisory roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Salary offered up to RM 6,000.
