Job summary

A.W.Faber-Castell (M) Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Export & Shipping) to support export operations and shipping activities. You will coordinate shipments across sales, logistics, and customs to ensure compliant, timely deliveries to global markets.

The role requires 2–3 years in export coordination or logistics, knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. SAP/ERP exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related disciplines.
2–3 years of export coordination/shipping/logistics experience.
Knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, Incoterms and international trade practices.
Experience applying Certificates of Origin and dealing with authorities such as MITI.
Understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international shipping processes.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and process export shipments from order fulfilment to final delivery.
Ensure all shipment requirements are completed accurately and within timelines.
Liaise with Planning, Production, Warehouse and DC teams for shipment readiness.
Arrange shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates).
Apply for Certificates of Origin and ensure compliance with export regulations.
Liaise with MITI and authorities on origin certificates and documentation.
Monitor invoices from shipping agents and logistics providers for accuracy.
Provide complete shipping documentation to customers on time.
Track shipment progress and resolve shipping/logistics issues.
Offer backup support during team absence.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
Maintain shipment records for audit/compliance.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
