Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a leading Malaysian manufacturer of rolled aluminium products, focusing on export to HVAC, electronics and related industries. You will lead a team across regions to grow the customer base and hit ambitious sales targets.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/International Business/Science/Engineering (Master's preferred) with 8–10 years in export sales across electronics, HVAC or B2B sectors; strong leadership,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent; Master's degree advantageous.
8-10 years experience in export sales from electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive or B2B trading industries.
Strong leadership, ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
Strategic mindset with ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Willingness to travel abroad from time to time.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and ensure alignment with objectives, budgets, and performance targets.
Identify and pursue new export sales opportunities across electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive or B2B trading industries.
Lead and engage peers and team members to achieve targets and develop employees.
Carry out duties of Export and Key Account Management to ensure results for designated accounts.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence.
