Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to prepare export/import documents, coordinate with forwarders, and ensure accurate shipping records.

You will maintain Excel traceability, prepare POs, apply HS codes, and support the Head of Department with daily logistics tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in logistics, business, or related field.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English for internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export and import documents and coordinate with forwarders.
• Manage shipping documents and maintain Excel records for traceability.
• Preparing PO, applying HS codes, and other tasks assigned by the HOD.
