Job summary

Quanterm Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive - Export & Import in Penang. You will service existing and new customers, manage day-to-day shipments, and coordinate with overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.

You will handle invoicing follow-ups with vendors and prepare quotations for DDU/DDP/DAP shipments, supporting the team with general tasks and reporting. Fluent English, a Diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years in logistics customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Min 2 years in customer service or admin related to logistics.
• 2-3 years in logistics preferred.
• Strong English communication with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve existing and new customers and ensure satisfaction.
