Job summary

DTS GROUP SDN BHD in Klang is seeking a Senior Executive to manage Import/Export customer service and documentation. You will prepare and manage import/export documents, coordinate shipments, monitor statuses, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with customs/regulatory requirements, and proficiency in MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided; you will work closely with Sales and Export teams to support operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a logistic or administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken proficiency in English and Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage import/export and shipping documents.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with internal departments and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Assist with import/export permits, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Support sales administration, quotations, and order updates.
• Update customer systems/platforms and upload required documents.
• Work closely with the Sales and Export team to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge in export and shipping procedures
