Hiredly X is seeking an Export Coordinator to support the Export Manager and senior staff in coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth customs clearance for international orders.

You will oversee daily operations, arrange local and overseas transportation, monitor booking flow, and submit monthly reports. This role emphasizes compliance and timely delivery across global networks, requiring coordination across teams and external partners.
