Job summary

Pong Codan Rubber (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Export Coordinator to ensure smooth production and shipment flow by coordinating export order processing between overseas customers and the factory.

You will prepare delivery instructions (DI/DO) for production and warehouse, liaise with forwarding agents and shipping companies to arrange exports, and monitor orders and delivery status to sustain on-time delivery.

• Liaise with forwarding agents, logistics providers, and shipping companies to arrange export shipments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor daily sales orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status to ensure on-time delivery.
