Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Export Logistics Executive to support the Logistics & Trade Compliance team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. You will process export shipments, prepare shipping documents, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure compliance with Incoterms and LC requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, 2–5 years in logistics, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, export operations or supply chain.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Process daily shipment transactions and customer invoicing in the system.
• Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time per customer requirements.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) and shipment progress.
• Prepare and verify export documents including LC documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, packing teams and freight forwarders.
• Resolve shipment issues with internal and external partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
