Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin to support Taiwan customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure.
• Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
