Define luxury personas, lead premium campaigns, and align cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, premium experiences across Malaysia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
5 to 8 years of experience managing premium or luxury brands, customer segmentation, or high-tier experiential marketing.
Proven track record of pitching, closing, and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
Sharp commercial acumen and appreciation for premium aesthetics and storytelling.
Agile, self-driven and collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define luxury consumer personas and curate specialized journeys for Private Bank, HLB Priority and Branch Wealth Distribution.
Curate strategic partnerships by sourcing, pitching and securing exclusive collaborations with premium global and local luxury brands.
Act as the brand guardian for the Wealth division.
Craft high-end content strategies, thought-leadership pieces, and sophisticated communications.
Lead 360-degree campaigns across premium media channels, digital platforms, and exclusive events.
Bridge luxury brand vision with internal product, sales and distribution teams for seamless experiences.
Own the luxury roadmap and shape how affluent clients interact with our brand in Malaysia.
Build relationships with top-tier luxury brands, industry icons, and elite partners.
