Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, 0–2 years of experience in expense management or shared services.
• Experience with standardized Expense Management operations including Concur Expense audits, corporate card administration, ticket management.
• Proven ability to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

• Expense Report Processing and Policy Compliance.
• Corporate Card Administration (Issuance, Maintenance, Delinquency Management).
• Expense Audit and Quality Assurance.
• Employee Support and Case Management.
• Legal Entity Maintenance when employees change.
• ServiceNow/Ticket Queue Management, Aging Monitoring, and SLA Performance.
