Job summary

IBM Malaysia Consulting seeks a Process Analyst– Procure to Pay (P2P) to join our Delivery Center. You will handle invoice processing, vendor master activities, and payment workflows, contributing to accurate accounting and timely settlements.

We value 1–2 years in Accounts Payable, experience with invoice reconciliation, and strong Mandarin proficiency. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, maintain SLAs, and adapt to shifts, using MS Office and ERP systems in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Commerce or related background with 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor master management, and reconciliation.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a MUST and highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain PO and Non-PO invoices and manage payment requests.
• Handle end-to-end Vendor Master activities including creation, changes, verifications and cleansing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for coding/approvals, resolve blocked invoices, and ensure timely posting in accounting software.
