Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, 0–2 years of experience in expense management or shared services.
• Experience with standardized Expense Management operations including Concur Expense audits, corporate card administration, ticket management.
• Proven ability to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.

Your role and responsibilities

As Expense Management Analyst , you will maintain a balanced skill pyramid capable of supporting specialized Expense Management. Resources across the organization should collectively demonstrate expertise in:

• Expense Report Processing and Policy Compliance
• Corporate Card Administration (Issuance, Maintenance, Delinquency Management)
• Expense Audit and Quality Assurance
• Employee Support and Case Management
• Legal Entity Maintenance when employees change

• Supports standardized Expense Management operations including, Concur Expense audit, corporate card administration, ticket management. Demonstrates strong customer focus, attention to detail, and adherence to service level commitments.
• Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.
