Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an Executive, VBHC Service-Line Implementation to support the VBHC Senior Manager in implementing VBHC across priority service lines, including workflow readiness, stakeholder coordination, training, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation monitoring.

This role also provides operational and administrative support to the Super Admin (VBC Unit) for PROM-Connect system access and governance across participating hospitals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, Business, IT, or Health Informatics.
  • 12-month contract term.
  • Experience with VBHC or healthcare IT projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workflow readiness and implementation activities for assigned service lines.
  • Plan and support training sessions, mock runs, and go-live activities.
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, trackers, and governance updates.
  • Support PROM-Connect user access, role assignments, and system governance across hospitals.
  • Coordinate user onboarding/offboarding and permissions per org requirements.
  • Monitor system usage and data quality, flagging issues for action.
  • Provide first‑level guidance on workflows to hospital teams.

EXECUTIVE, VBHC SERVICE-LINE IMPLEMENTATION

Job Description
Supports the VBHC Senior Manager in executing VBHC implementation across priority service lines, including workflow readiness, stakeholder coordination, training, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation monitoring. Provides operational and administrative support to the Super Admin (VBC Unit) in managing PROM-Connect system access, user coordination, and system governance across participating hospitals.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflow readiness, role alignment, and implementation activities for assigned service lines.
  • Plan and support training sessions, mock runs, and go-live activities, including issue tracking and follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting materials, minutes, trackers, and governance updates.
  • Support the Super Admin in managing user access, role assignments, and system governance for PROM-Connect across hospitals.
  • Coordinate user onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and role-based permissions in line with organisational requirements.
  • Monitor system utilisation, adoption, and data completeness, and elevate issues for action.
  • Liaise with hospital‑level Admins to ensure proper user setup, system usage, and workflow adherence.
  • Provide first‑level support and guidance to hospital teams on system workflows and operational processes.
  • Support testing activities (alpha, beta, UAT), including scheduling, issue logging, and status tracking.
  • Track and report adoption and data quality indicators and maintain RAID logs for implementation monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, training materials, and deployment documentation.
  • Maintain structured documentation and ensure timely follow‑up and closure of action items.
  • Assist the VBC Unit in matters related to development of clinical services as required.
Qualification / Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management / Nursing / Public Health / Business / IT / Health Informatics / related fields (or equivalent).
