Job summary

BEACON MART is seeking an Executive, Talent Acquisition & Development to manage the full recruitment process—from job postings to interviews and offers. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and coordinate onboarding, orientation, and probation follow-ups.

You will also work with the Payroll Team on employee movements and plan internal and external training programmes. A strong HR background and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, training coordination or general HR.

Executive, Talent Acquisition & Development

Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer preparation.

Work with hiring managers to understand manpower and hiring requirements.

Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation and probation follow-ups.

Work closely with the Payroll Team on employee movements, including new hires, confirmations, transfers, promotions and resignations.

Plan and coordinate internal and external employee training programmes.

Maintain recruitment trackers, training records and HR reports.

Support employer branding, employee engagement and talent-development initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, training coordination or general HR.

Experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environments is an advantage.

Working knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HRD Corp processes is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms or HR systems.
