Job summary

Tan Chong Group is seeking an Executive, System Support to maintain and optimize operational reports and workflows across warehousing and office functions. You will generate critical reports, process financial notes, and support packing/unpacking activities to ensure data accuracy.

The role requires IT education with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in information technology or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in any relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.

Responsibilities

• Update and generate operational reports (Inventory Aging, ABC Analysis, Transit Inventory, Sales History, etc.).
• Process and issue Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and stock adjustments with proper documentation.
• Prepare and review unpacking lists prior to container arrival for accurate records.
• Provide first‑level system support for warehouse and office users; coordinate with helpdesk.
• Monitor IT hardware; coordinate asset transfers and e‑waste management per policy.
