Job summary

Tan Chong Group in Malaysia invites an Internship (System Support) to join our IT team. The role includes system updates, weekly currency rate checks, and monthly report generation to support operations.

You will assist with credit/debit notes, unpacking lists, stock draws, and resolving system or hardware issues to keep workflows running smoothly. A Diploma or Degree in IT and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Update system currency rate weekly and manage orders/tickets with accuracy.
• Generate monthly system reports and ad hoc reports on request.
• Prepare unpacking lists and review exception reports.
• Release stock to support Inventory Team activities.
• Troubleshoot system and hardware issues to maintain efficient workflows.
• Prepare BA letters for Sales Department.
• Monitor hardware transfers and disposal records.
