Job summary

Harimic (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a sales professional to drive revenue, manage key clients, and coordinate with production, logistics, QA, and shipping to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

Degree in related fields required; must be fluent in Malay and English and have 5+ years in sales. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of ISO9001/14001 are advantageous for auditing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO9001/14001 systems; auditor qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast purchasing and receiving of raw materials and control inventory for production operations.
• Ensure raw materials are received on schedule and in good condition.
• Prepare documentation for delivery of finished goods and record in the system for sales, delivery and invoicing.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and transporters for deliveries of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with QA on pre-shipment samples and with couriers for timely collection and delivery.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Shipping on packing and repacking of finished goods.

Others:

To plan and forecast for the purchasing and receiving of Raw Materials and control of inventory to ensure adequate and prompt supply for the production operations

To ensure Raw Materials are received according to schedule and in good condition during acceptance

To manage the preparation of documentation for the delivery of Finished Goods as per the delivery schedule and ensure timely and accurate recording into system for Sales, Delivery and Invoicing documentation

To liaise with freight forwarders and transporters on the delivery of Raw Materials and Finished Goods

To liaise with QA Department on the submission of pre-shipment samples to Customers and parent Company, wherever applicable and liaise with Courier service for timely collection and delivery

To liaise with Manufacturing Shipping Section on the packing and repacking of Finished Goods to Customers
