Job summary

Dxn2u in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support PR generation, BOM updates in ERP, and material planning. You will coordinate with Shipping, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in SCM or related field, with 0–2 years in supply chain, and a solid command of Excel and ERP/MRP systems. Teamwork, communication, and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Certification in supply chain or planning is advantageous.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, or planning.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Ability to learn ERP/MRP systems quickly.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Request according to quantity and discuss priorities with Shipping to meet delivery requirements.
• Update BOM for new product in ERP and material planning spreadsheet.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on minimum order quantity and lead times to comply with warehouse practices.
• Monitor material delivery dates with purchasers to ensure stock for production.
• Monitor inventory level for direct materials in Warehouse and maintain safety stock.
• Purchase materials when stock is below minimum stock level.
• Lead PIPO (phase in/ phase out) activities, chair PIPO meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor items.

Job description

-Responsible to generate Purchase Request (PR) according to quantity required and to discuss or review on priorities of Sales Order with Shipping Department to meet customer delivery requirements.-Responsible to update Bill of Material (BOM) for new product in ERP and material planning spreadsheet.-Responsible to trigger and disuss with Purchasing Department on the minimum order quantity and lead time delivery of materials in order to comply with good Warehouse practice pattern materials.-Responsible to closely monitor delivery date of material with purchaser to ensure sufficient stock for production usage.-Responsible to monitor inventory level for direct materials in Warehouse to ensure all materials are kept in safety level.-Responsible to purchase materials which is under minimum stock level and whenever necessary to fulfill customer order.-Responsible to lead the raw materials and packaging materials phase in and phase out (PIPO) activities, chair the PIPO meeting & prepare minutes of meeting, and monitor PIPO item.

Requirements

• Qualification and Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Additional certification in supply chain or planning (e.g., APICS Basics of Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt) is an advantage.
• Experience: 0–2 years of working experience in supply chain, inventory control, or planning (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge / Skills: Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Ability to learn ERP/MRP systems quickly.
• People’s Knowledge / Skills: Good communication and coordination skills.
