Job summary

Healthy Way (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Information Technology to support HQ, branches and stockists with case logging and operations efficiency. You will oversee month-end close activities (MEC) and ensure timely completion, plus coordinate ad-hoc IT projects and training.

You will document user requirements, train users, test patches, and prepare system documentation to support reliability and ISO 9001 standards. Strong SQL, AD and server skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in helpdesk support.
• Diploma academic qualification or/and above with a computer certificate.
• Experience with system implementation and maintenance.

Job description

Executive/Senior Executive, Information Technology

1. Provide support for HQ, branches & stockists in terms of Case Logging and Request to attain operations efficiency.

2. Support and supervise system activities that relate to month end closing (MEC) to ensure MEC is completed on scheduled.

3. Provide and supervise ad-hoc events support, stockist support and report customization for all users and stockist to ensure system availability and operations efficiency.

4. Formulate and perform quality testing on new patches or enhancements of the existing/new application before uploading to the production environments to eliminate system bugs.

5. Conduct application training for the users as and when needed to eliminate user error.

6. Prepare and maintain documents such as user requirement specifications, user guides, system documentations, training guides, test plans and etc as and when needed for future reference.

7. Suggest improvement on existing applications and perform impact analysis upon new application installed to ensure operation efficiency.

8. Carry out user requirement study and ensure requirements are captured and documented properly.

9. Assist in carrying out user acceptance test (UAT) when required to eliminate system bugs.

10. Assist in implementing the application system such as program rollout/installation at sites (new international offices, branches, stockist centers) to ensure system availability.

11. Participate in ad-hoc or cross-team project carried out by IT department, depending on the project requirement and whether relevant skill-set is available.

12. Assist in special assignments as needed.

13. Prepare project schedule by estimating efforts and resources required to deliver the system within the deadline.

14. Identify major milestone in project to ensure the project delivery as scheduled.

15. Prepare and review procedure registered under ISO 9001 to ensure ISO standards are met.

16. Supervise closely and delegate tasks accordingly to ensure timeline and ISO objectives are met.

17. Advise on implementation date of upgrade/release if required to ensure system is up-to-date.

18. Keep logged case or request open until it is deemed completed by internal customer or by immediate supervisor.

19. Prepare SQL script for data patching (if required) to resolve system bug as advised by software principal.

Qualification

Minimum relevant Diploma academic qualification or/and above with a computer certificate.

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in helpdesk support.

2. Experience with system implementation and maintenance.

Skills & Knowledge

1. Relevant computer programming and SQL database knowledge, preferably with exposure to SQL commands.

2. Experience in Microsoft Server & Active Directory.

3. Possesses good communication skill and people management ability.

4. Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Good analytical skills.
