Job summary

SOGO (KL) Department Store Sdn Bhd (SEIBU TRX) is seeking a Sales Analyst to analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across departments and brands in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare reports, dashboards, and management packs to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales analysis.
• Experience in department store/retail industry is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Table / VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and convert insights to business actions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
