Hua Yang Berhad is seeking an Executive - Sales Admin (Property Developer) to manage end-to-end sales administration, SPA/eSPA processing, loan docs, and conveyancing for multiple projects.
The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Real Estate or related fields, 2–3 years of experience, and familiarity with IFCA.NET. You will coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, banks and agents, ensuring timely completions and compliant records. Fixed-term contract.

Manage the full spectrum of sales administration and credit control functions for the Company's property development projects, including booking, eSPA, new sales, sub-sales, auction cases, vacant possession (VP), perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, and related property transactions.
Administer the complete sales administration process from booking confirmation through execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), loan documentation, project completion, and delivery of vacant possession, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Coordinate and liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financial institutions, sales agents, valuers, and relevant government authorities to facilitate the smooth execution of sales transactions and legal documentation.
Monitor and follow up on the progress of loan approvals, loan documentation, loan disbursements, blanket consent applications, Memorandum of Transfer (MOT), perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, and other conveyancing matter to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and issue progress billings, statements of account, reminder notices, receipts, and other sales-related documents, while monitoring purchasers' progressive payments and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasers' files, sales records, payment records, legal documentation, and system information to ensure proper record management, reporting, and audit compliance.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Ensure all sales administration activities comply with the Company's policies, the Housing Development Act (HDA), applicable statutory requirements, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
Manage tenancy administration matters, including tenancy agreements, renewals, documentation, rental records, and related administrative activities where applicable.
Prepare periodic sales administration, loan disbursement, collection, and management reports as required.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales Administration, preferably within the property development industry.
Good knowledge of property sales administration processes, including Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA/eSPA), loan documentation, progress billing, vacant possession (VP), and property conveyancing procedures.
Familiarity with the IFCA.NET Property Management System systems will be an added advantage..
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results within timelines.
This position is offered on aFixed-Term contract basis, subject to the agreed contract duration and terms.
