Candidate must possess at least a Diploma orBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in sales administration in the property development industry.
Must have experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Preferred experience using MHUB, JWP portal, Google Sheets.
Possess growth mindset where candidate is keen on upskilling themselves with long term career growth in mind.
Able to connect the dots between data and information across multiple sources (MHUB, JWP, HIMS, emails with solicitor/banker/agent/purchaser).
Independent, self-motivated; have self-integrity & creativity as well as good leadership, critical and communication skills.
Able to accept new scope works, handle stress and meet deadlines.
Able to work onweekendswhen needed.
Possess own transport.
Oversee and manage the overall sales administration and credit control functions, including handling Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan agreements, monitoring collections, progress billings, vacant possession (VP), and the issuance of strata titles.
Prepare and maintain sales reports for management review, providing insights into sales data and supporting decision-making to improve strategies.
Implement and manage a proper filing system for purchaser documents to ensure easy access and organisation.
Continuously review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales administration and credit control processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant property development regulations, including the Housing Development Act (HDA).
Supervise the updating of purchaser information in the Road Runner system & Mhub system, including SPA dates, solicitor details, and loan agreements.
Understand, manage and ensure accuracy of datasets across multiple sources, i.e. MHUB, JWP, HIMS, solicitor and banker listings to facilitate purchaser booking, signing, billing and loan process.
Work with large datasets (by project) using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Must be comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets formula to handle data for daily monitoring and reporting.
Ensure all communication with agents, solicitors and bankers via Whatsapp, phone and email are addressed daily.
