The Executive – Credit Administration plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end sales and credit administration functions for our property development projects. You will work closely with purchasers, solicitors, financial institutions and internal departments to ensure efficient documentation, billing, collections and smooth completion of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and credit administration for property development projects.
Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors and financial institutions on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) documentation, loan documentation and related matters.
Prepare and issue progress billings, official receipts, reminders and related correspondence.
Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely settlement.
Maintain accurate purchaser records and update information in the IFCA system.
Attend to purchasers' enquiries and provide professional customer service.
Prepare reports, maintain proper documentation and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in credit administration, sales administration or the property development industry.
Experience in handling SPA documentation, loan documentation, progress billings and collections will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with IFCA Property Management System and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple priorities within stipulated timelines.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
