Safeguards Secure Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic sales professional in Malaysia to drive new business, manage quotations, tenders, and customer follow‑ups. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations per client needs.
Follow up inquiries and negotiate pricing/terms within guidelines.
Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals by deadlines.
Create sales reports, forecasts and market analysis for management.

Job description

Purpose of the role
To support the achievement of sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing sales activities including quotations, tenders, proposals, and customer follow-up.

Key Accountabilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations according to customer requirements.

Follow up on customer enquiries and negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines.

Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

Monitor customer accounts and provide appropriate after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents, quotations, and proposals in accordance with client requirements and submission deadlines.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and relevant industry events when required.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in sales, business development, or a related field

Experience in tender preparation, quotation, and proposal submission would be an added advantage.
