Job summary

Sunway Big Box Sdn Bhd in Iskandar Puteri is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities, from supplier selection to purchase orders and delivery.

You will source suppliers, negotiate terms, maintain records, and prepare monthly reports, with travel to Sunway Kluang Mall weekly or bi-weekly.

Candidates should have a degree in procurement/SCM, at least 1 year of experience, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of procurement experience.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing best practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
