Job summary

M K Land Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Planning Executive for the Technical Planning Team on Pre-Development stage. You will prepare master plans, review layouts with authorities, and coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with SOPs and infrastructure requirements.

The role includes site analysis, proposing product development master planning for existing and new land, and preparing presentation reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in master planning and infrastructure planning processes.
• Ability to review layouts and ensure compliance with authorities' requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate with consultants andOperating Companies to meet project briefs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Master Plan in accordance with SOPs for each project.
• Prepare Preliminary Master Plan Layout per brief from Operating Companies and authorities.
• Review final Master Plan Layout and documents by consultants before submission to authorities.
• Assist in compilation of submission payment requisition and preparation of supporting documents for submission to authorities.
• Review Pre-Computation Plan by consultants before submission to authority.
• Coordinate with Land Matters Department on submissions.
• Coordinate Major Infrastructure Plans with Development Manager and operating teams.
• Conduct site analysis for new land proposals and data collection for land bank development.
• Propose master planning works for existing and new land for management presentations.

Job description

To serve the Technical Planning Team on Pre-Development (Before Contract) stage

Preparation of Master Plan

• To ensure design development for Master Plan in accordance to M K Land's SOP for each projects.
• To prepare the Preliminary Master Plan Layout in accordance to the brief from Operating Companies, authorities requirements and Major Infrastructure requirements.
• To review final Master Plan Layout and documents by consultants before submission to Authorities.
• To assist on compilation of submission payment requisition, signature of plans/documents and preparation of supporting documents (statutory requirements) for Master Plan submission to authority

Preparation of Pre-Computation Plan

• To review Pre-Computation Plan by consultants before submission to authority.
• To coordinate with Land Matters Department on submission for Land Matters

Preparation of Major Infrastructure Plans-Earthworks, Road and Drainage, M&E amenities

• To ensure design development procedures for Major Infrastructure Plans in accordance to M K Land's SOP
• To coordinate with Development Manager (Major Infrastructure) of the Operating Companies to establish the Major Infrastructure Plans in accordance to project brief from Operating Companies and authorities.

Others

• To conduct Site Analysis for New Land-research/data collection for the new land proposals on site location, zoning, title
• To propose on product development Master Planning works of existing land bank and new potential land and preparation of presentation report to Management.
