Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Possess a valid driving licence and drive well.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and administrative support to the Chairman.
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with clients, business partners, employees, and external parties.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist with meetings, business events, and company activities.
• Accompany the Chairman to meetings, appointments, and business trips when required.
• Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Perform driving and outdoor duties when required.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
