Job summary

LAGENDA PROPERTIES BERHAD is seeking an Executive to support the Group's Performance Management, Rewards and Industrial Relations functions. You will ensure accurate administration and consistent HR practices across entities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in HR, with knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, performance management, compensation and benefits, and strong analytical, reporting and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, BA, or law or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in Performance/IR.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment law and IR practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Group Performance Management processes, including performance planning, reviews and annual evaluations.
• Monitor performance management timelines and follow up with business units to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain performance management records, reports and documentation.
• Prepare performance-related reports and analysis to support Management decision-making.
• Assist salary movements, promotions, confirmations and other remuneration changes per policies.
• Support salary benchmarking, market surveys and reward analysis.
• Maintain job grading, salary structure and remuneration records.
• Support administration of disciplinary matters, grievances and other employee relations cases.
• Prepare documentation relating to disciplinary proceedings, investigations and employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Company policies and HR procedures.

Executive, Performance, Rewards & Industrial Relations

To support the execution of the Group's Performance Management, Rewards and Industrial Relations functions by ensuring accurate administration, consistent implementation of Human Resource practices and compliance with Group policies and employment legislation across all business entities.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and support the implementation of the Group Performance Management processes, including performance planning, reviews and annual evaluations

Prepare performance-related reports and analysis to support Management decision-making

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline

Minimum 2–4 years of Human Resource experience, preferably in Performance Management, Rewards or Industrial Relations

Experience in Human Resource operations within a medium or large organisation is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and industrial relations practices

Understanding of performance management, compensation and benefits administration

Good analytical, reporting and Microsoft Excel skills
