Jora Malaysia is seeking a data-focused professional to manage employee data in the People & Culture Management System (PCMS) and support payroll processing. You will verify data accuracy, collaborate with the People Service team, and perform routine audits to maintain data integrity while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Ideal candidates have a degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years’ experience, and strong numeracy with PCMS and Microsoft/Google tools

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data within the People & Culture Management System (PCMS) and supporting the payroll function. This role involves verifying the data entry of employee information, maintaining data integrity within the PCMS, and providing data to the payroll team for processing
Review and verify employee data entered into the PCMS for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the People Service team to collect and update employee information, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, and other relevant data in the PCMS system.
Perform regular audits and data validation checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within PCMS system
Resolve data discrepancies and troubleshoot system issues related to employee data, working closely with ITSO or PCMS support teams as necessary.
Support the payroll team by providing accurate and reliable data for payroll processing, such as timesheets, deductions, and tax-related information.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements related to payroll and employee data management in PCMS
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Generate and prepare reports, including payroll reports, employee records, and other relevant metrics, utilizing the PCMS and other data management tools.
Design and maintain dashboards to visualize employee data metrics and audit results, enabling informed decision-making for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to automate data processing workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Implement tools and systems to streamline data-related operations.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in using PCMS (People & Culture Management System) or similar platforms to manage and process employee data.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to employee data management.
Understanding of People & Culture data structures, data validation techniques, and data privacy standards
Strong numeracy and analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in employee data.
Microsoft: Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point and PowerBI
Google Workspace (Google Suite): Intermediate in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and other tools for collaboration and data management.
