Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Human Capital & Administration (Payroll) to support HR and payroll operations. You will help manage payroll processing, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements while assisting with staff benefits and HR information systems.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field and at least 2 years of HR experience focused on payroll and benefits administration.

To support HCA functions in ensuring all staffing matters are in order i.e: HRIS, HRMS, compensation & benefits maintaining confidentiality of information.
Manage end to end execution of accurate monthly salary disbursement by 26th of every month.
Statutory compliance to review, prepare and submit all statutory contributions (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) to ensure complete payment before 15th of every month.
Check, verify and reconcile all employee expenses claims for accuracy and compliance prior processing into the payroll system.
To prepare information of staff remuneration and benefits.
To assist all employee benefits issues such as leave application, medical benefits, staff welfare and etc.
To entertain calls received relating to staff confirmation or cross reference check.
To ensure personal data/information of all staff are up to date especially in personal files.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or other relevant qualification.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR with specific experience in Payroll/Compensation and Benefits Administration.
Knowledgeable on Employment Acts, Industrial Relations and statutory compliance.
Excellent verbal, written and counseling skills for handling sensitive employee issues and strong critical thinking for resolving complex HR and employee benefits issues.
Meticulous attention to detail for records, payroll deductions and policy implementation.
Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and data analysis.
