Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a data-focused professional to manage employee data in the People & Culture Management System (PCMS) and support payroll processing. You will verify data accuracy, collaborate with the People Service team, and perform routine audits to maintain data integrity while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Ideal candidates have a degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years’ experience, and strong numeracy with PCMS and Microsoft/Google tools

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in using PCMS (People & Culture Management System) or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to employee data management.
• Understanding of People & Culture data structures, data validation techniques, and data privacy standards.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in employee data.
• Microsoft: Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Google Workspace: Intermediate Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify employee data entered into the PCMS for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Collate and update employee information, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits in PCMS.
• Perform regular audits and data validation checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity within PCMS.
• Resolve data discrepancies and troubleshoot system issues with ITSO or PCMS support teams.
• Support payroll by providing accurate data for processing (timesheets, deductions, tax info).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements related to payroll and data management in PCMS.
