Based in the Southern Region of Malaysia, the candidate should have a Diploma or Degree and strong bilingual communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English to coordinate with planning and production teams.

• Strong supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in reading/writing Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to motivate teams and work independently.
• Knowledge of quality control processes.
• Willing to be based in the Southern Region of Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Execute the online packing plan with timely updates and coordinate with Planning.
• Optimize packaging methods, processes, and manpower/machinery for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, 5S, safety, hygiene, and procedures.
• Monitor raw packaging materials, stock, delivery status, and orders.
• Maintain ERP records and minimize errors; provide training.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and oversee online packing schedule.
• Review DOs, POs, job service requests, and production records.
• Lead and mentor the Online Section team.

Jobbeschreibung

Execute product whiteboard plan with timely updates and coordinate with the Planning Department if any changes

Ensure all packaging methods and process flows are optimized, including manpower and machinery, to achieve higher efficiency and lower downtime

Ensure compliance with company policies, departmental requirements, 5S, safety, hygiene, procedures, work instructions, and preventive maintenance requirements

Monitor all raw packaging materials and instruments, including stock replenishment, delivery status, and order placement

Take the initiative to learn new systems, instruments, and equipment, and implement them in the Online Department

Update and provide coaching on procedures, work instructions, and the ERP system through training and assessments

Manage the Online Section's ERP system records and minimize errors

Conduct monthly stock takes

Oversee the online packing schedule in the absence of the Online Packing Manager and ensure adherence to procedures and company policies

Review and sign all DOs, approved POs, Job Service Requests, DHR records, and monitor production output records

About you

Minimum Diploma, or Degree holder

Strong working experience in manufacturing

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Ability to motivate others and work independently

Strong managerial, supervisory, and leadership skills

Knowledge of quantity control

Ability to work under pressure
