Job summary

KOSSAN is seeking a QA Inspector in Selangor to ensure product inspection and testing are conducted per procedures. You will lead a QA team, train staff, and coordinate with other departments to uphold quality standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in QA, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality across manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• SPM level or equivalent with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in QA related products.
• Able to lead and supervise a team of QA inspectors, leaders and supervisors to achieve company objectives.
• Knowledge of products inspection and testing.
• Process adequate supervisory skill.
• Able to communicate well with superiors and subordinates.
• Systematic and positive problem solving approach.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product inspection and testing are performed according to documented procedures and work instructions.
• Allocate adequate manpower for every task to ensure smooth product flow and maintain order.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective job execution.
• Provide full support on quality matters to production.
• Conduct on-line training for subordinates to ensure their competency.
• Ensure that nonconforming products are properly identified and segregated.
• Ensure that inspection reports are filled correctly and accurately.
• Act as communication bridge between the Management and workers.
• Ensure workers follow safety rules and regulations in daily operation.
• Other assigned duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification and Experience:
