Job summary

Koon Seng Sdn Bhd is seeking a maintenance technician to monitor all facilities, arrange service with contractors, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. The role requires ability to work day and night shifts, overtime, and independent work in a manufacturing setting at Tangkak, Johor.

The successful candidate will assist operators, ensure spare parts availability, and maintain clean, safe working conditions across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia in electrical/electronic/mechatronic or other relevant certificates.
• Able to work on day and night shift.
• Able to work overtime.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Able to work in Tangkak, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checking and monitoring on all facilities' working condition.
• Arrange contractor for scheduled service/repair if needed.

• Perform preventive maintenance for all motors and machine equipment in production to avoid unscheduled downtime.
• Maintain safety, neatness and clean operating condition at all times with proper daily housekeeping.
• Troubleshoot equipment failure or malfunction to all parts.
