Job summary

Sunway Property is seeking a Marketing Executive to support execution of marketing and sales activities, drive market awareness, and help achieve business targets. You will coordinate campaigns, prepare collaterals, liaise with agencies and vendors, and conduct market research in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Marketing/Business/Real Estate and have at least two years in marketing, preferably in property.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Diploma with relevant working experience can be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in property/real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and proactiveness.
• Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH, legal & other requirements and EHS practices is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Your Key Accountabilities:

Liaise with agencies, media, and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

What We're Looking For:
