Job summary

Sunway Property is seeking a proactive Senior Executive - Project Management (Property) in Malaysia. You will manage assigned projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring time, cost, quality, environmental and safety outcomes, while coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities for approvals and documentation.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management (or equivalent) with 3–5 years in project/construction management or consultancy.

• Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management activities across the full lifecycle to meet time, cost, quality, environmental and safety goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project documentation.

Senior Executive - Project Management (Property)

We are seeking for a proactive project management professional to manage and monitor assigned projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety, and health outcomes. This role works closely with consultants, contractors, and authorities to coordinate activities, secure approvals, maintain proper project documentation, and address risks and opportunities for successful delivery.

Your Key Accountabilities

Execute project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.

Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval.

Coordinate with consultant to resolve all technical issues.

Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management, or anything equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience can be considered.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy industry.

Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion.

Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH, legal & other rerquirements and EHS practices are added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
