Job summary

Sunway Property is seeking a driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive project success. This role involves preparing impactful marketing materials, coordinating with agencies and vendors, conducting market research, and ensuring timely, quality delivery of campaigns.

Working closely with managers and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Executive contributes to achieving business goals while maintaining strong communication and market

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of related marketing experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH, legal & other requirements and EHS practices is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of building/property specifications and property valuation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to create market awareness and meet project goals.
• Assist in preparing marketing collaterals (digital/physical) such as brochures, banners, and videos.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, and vendors for marketing services and ensure timely delivery.
• Review advertising materials to ensure quality of marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research.
• Collaborate with the line manager and team to complete tasks on time.
