Job summary

Sunway Property, the property arm of Sunway Group, seeks a Marketing Manager to lead planning and execution of marketing strategies aligned with sales targets. You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to position products effectively and meet business objectives.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Marketing with 6–8 years of experience in property development or real estate, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in property development/real estate.
• Knowledge of government laws and regulations relating to property.
• Knowledge of building/property specifications; property valuation knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and sales activities within budget.
• Develop strategies to drive sales and product differentiation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure plan execution.
• Review advertising materials to align with product brief.
• Liaise with agencies, media, authorities and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Recommend pricing strategies based on market insights.
• Track performance and prepare reports for management.

Sunway Property are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. This role involves planning campaigns, aligning sales and marketing efforts, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective product positioning and delivery.

Your Key Accountabilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and sales activities to achieve targets within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and product differentiation.
• Align and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of plans.
• Review and comment on advertising and promotional materials to ensure that the marketing message and collaterals are aligned with the product brief.
• Liaise with agencies, media, authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
• Recommend pricing strategies based on market insights.
• Track performance and prepare reports and presentations for management.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or anything equivalent
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in Marketing field, preferably in the property development/ real estate industry
• Knowledgeable in government laws and regulations relating to property
• Knowledgeable in building/ property specifications
• Additional knowledge in property valuation would be a plus
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
