Job summary

Sunway Property, Ipoh, is seeking a Sales Executive to close sales, build rapport with prospects, and report progress to meet targets. The role requires a marketing-related qualification and 1–2 years of relevant experience. You will coordinate with the project team to ensure unsold units are well-presented and support SPA processes.

Exposure to loans/mortgages is beneficial. The position is a 1-year contract with benefits such as dental and optical coverage, staff discounts, and diverse Sunway

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or any related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge in building/ property specifications. Background in Loans/Mortgages are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and report progress to achieve targets.
• Build rapport and respond to enquiries with excellent service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on competitor products in the market.
• Maintain database of prospects to create a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
• Coordinate closely with project team to ensure completed unsold units are in good condition.
• Follow-up for SPA signatories and release of SPA to lawyers for stamping.
• Process legal fee claims for SPA/loan and submit approved claims.
• Carry out market survey, compile and analyze data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.
