Private Advertiser is seeking an proactive Executive, Rewards & HR Operations to support payroll, HR administration, employee services and HR operations. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain records and provide HR support while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
The role covers monthly payroll for Executive-level staff, HR reporting, and liaison with payroll vendors. Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years experience preferred.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Rewards & HR Operations to support payroll, HR administration, employee services, and HR operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain employee records, and provide HR support while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Process monthly payroll for Executive-level employees and above.
Verify payroll prepared by HR teams for Non-Executive employees.
Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory contributions.
Prepare payroll reports, including General Ledger (GL) and Cost Centre reports for Finance.
Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees, HR teams and external agencies.
Coordinate with payroll vendors and resolve payroll system issues.
Prepare employment letters and HR-related documents.
Maintain employee records and personal files with strict confidentiality.
Manage employee enquiries relating to leave, attendance and payroll.
Prepare HR reports, including headcount, labour cost and employee data.
Assist in reviewing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance on HR policies and employment-related matters.
Support compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Assist in managing employee medical benefits and insurance programmes when required.
Support outpatient claims, guarantee letters and SOCSO claims.
Assist with annual insurance renewal exercises.
Support the annual salary review and bonus exercise.
Prepare HR reports for management and government authorities.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll, HR operations or HR administration.
Knowledge of Malaysian payroll, statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB) and labour legislation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
